RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Reservations must be validated by communicating a credit card details. For the reservation of 3 bedrooms or a 3 night stay, or more, the deposit of 30% of the price of the stay may be required.

All the bedrooms, as well as the whole chateau, are absolutely non-smoking.

Check-in from 3.00 pm. Check out before 11.00 am.

Should you plan to arrive later than 7 pm, please notify the hotel in order to maintain your reservation.

Cancellation :

- less than 30 days before the expected arrival date : the deposit will not be refunded.

- less than 72 hours before the expected arrival date, or less than 14 days for reservation of 3 nights or more : 100 % of the stay will be debited.

For all other cancellations E 35 for administrative fee will be charged.

Early departure (shortened stay) and No-show: 100 % of the stay will be debited.

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Residence Tax to be added : E 1.30 /adult / night.
